Mariposa and Oak is a somatic and nature-based healing arts space.
Morgan is an artist, writer, gardener, herbalist, and somatic practitioner. The landscapes of northern and central coastal California and the forests of the Pacific Northwest inform and inspire her offerings. Her work provides spaces for connection to Nature, internal/external exploration, and transformation. She holds alchemical space through group circles and one to one sessions and offers portals to connect with nature though co-creating ecological gardens, nature-led spiritual writings, and herbal blends. She explores the invisible relational threads that carry us through songs, dreams, and somatic practices. She approaches her work from a place of artistry with a nature-based, archetypal and depth oriented lens. Morgan is a devoted yogi of 14 years and trained as a kundalini yoga teacher. She has been studying and working with herbal medicine alongside her yogic path. Morgan is trained in expressive arts as a therapeutic practice and counseling psychology. Her work weaves together artistry, nature, spirit, ancestry, and the personal healing journey.
