About Morgan

Hello, and welcome. Hola y bienvenidos. My name is Morgan, thank you so much of being here.
.A deep love of my mother and Mother Earth are the roots in why I have these offerings.
Here is a little bit about my story...
I experience deep connection and transcendence in nature - something that arose (or re-awakened) shortly after my maternal grandmother, Mexican-American and Apache, passed from this physical life. Death has been a huge teacher in my life and learning to accept and appreciate death has been a practice. Losing my grandmother and then less than 3 years later losing my mother from this earthly existence transformed me and continues to. To be with deep grief and pain, while simultaneously having profound spiritual insights has led to my path as a guide. From my experience, being with and practicing accepting death - the ending or transformation of things on certain levels - can lead to an awakened, enriched, and deeply felt purpose in life.
Both my abuela and mother had deep a connection with plants. My abuela left me her herbalism book and holistic nutrition book just before she left this physical plane. Shortly after, I began to dive deep into these topics, while also feeling the call to spend time in the wild natural world. This was 10 years ago.
This was the beginning of my deep dive into holistic wellness, deep seeking of what truth is, and what it truly means to heal. Investigating what does it mean to be unwell and what does it mean to be well. I began practicing yoga, eating plant-based, working on an organic farm, and started studying herbalism through my grandmother's book. Since then, I have had experience working in wellness with individuals through teaching yoga, providing coaching and wellness counseling, working for mental health non-profits, as well as, working with plants through herbalism, sustainable farming, and ecological landscape design and care.
These offerings are a devotion to individual and collective healing on the personal and ecological levels.
My work involves giving the gift of deep presence to individuals and landscapes to perceive clearly
and co-create conditions for natural healing.
I have learned so much through spending time in the natural world and through working with plants and landscapes hands on.
There are elemental truths for healing and balance that apply both to individuals, as well as, to landscapes.
For those interested in my professional certifications ~
Certified Holistic Health Coach through IIN, Certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher through Golden Bridge Yoga, and participated in a Master's Program for Archetypal and Imaginal Counseling Psychology from Meridian University. I have also worked for two mental health non-profits, Windhorse and Zenerosity, that provide alternative and integrative approaches to psychological wellness. At Windhorse, I provided therapeutic support working directly with clients. With Zenerosity, I worked as an equine assistant and have been a part of the development of the organization.
Beyond the professional education and training a huge part of my work is from spiritual experience, practice, and discipline.
From the plants, spending time in the natural world, writing, and art.
It is an honor to provide and co-create healing space for and with you.
